Job Description:

We seek a skilled AI Engineer with experience training and developing small language models. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coding frameworks and languages and expertise in creating AI models tailored to improve code deployment for our end users.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and train small language models focused on various programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into our platform.
• Enhance the performance and accuracy of language models to optimize code deployment.
• Research and implement new AI methodologies to improve our services.
• Monitor, evaluate, and fine-tune models to meet our quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience in training language models, particularly small language models.
• Proficiency in coding frameworks such as Springboot, Ruby on Rails, Laravel, Django, and .NET.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages including Java, PHP, Ruby, and Python.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, React Native, Vue, Svelte, Angular, and Flutter.
• Ability to collaborate and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience deploying AI models in production environments.
